I keep receiving calls from this number on my cell phone.  There is no caller ID info and they don't leave a mesage.

this is Western Dental... They are calling you from their collections dept.

I got all from this number I answered and got hung up on. Tried calling it back form a land line and the call does not go through it just gets cut off.

I keep getting calls from 866-620-8390 and want them to stop

Told me it was a collect call and would I accept the charges. Press 1 for yes and 2 for no or something like that.  It said it was from someone that I knew, but then the line went dead and I tried to call it back and no one answers.  We do not have western dental.

I keep getting called by their computer "Hi this is Mark from Western Dental" calling for (the person who had my unlisted phone number 9 years ago!)  When I call the number back, from home, or work, all I get is a message saying "The number you have called is out of your calling area."

This is harassment as far as I'm concerned!

This number has been calling me about every two hours for the last two days without leaving a message. After reading the other complaints it seems it must be Western Dental as I have an account with them as well. I mailed my payment a couple days late and I am guessing that is what they are calling about. I wish that they would leave a message as this seems highly unprofessional! Because of this I will probably just pay off my account and never go back to them...

It is Western Dental! They made a mistake on my contract last May, I had a no money down, but I went ahead and made the June payment.... The manager put it on the contract as May instead of June, now I am called all the time. I complain to the local office and demand that they fix the contract but they won't though they acknowledge the mistake being theirs, they claim I shouldn't worry because they won't pos a negative credit but the calls are harassing!! It is annoying!

Someone messed up but it wasn't me! I've never even been to Western Dental.

This number has called me twice. I haven't been to Western Dental in two years. Why would they call me now?

I received a call from this number, 866-620-8390. It is Western Dental but this is bogus. They want me to pay an additional 100 dollars. What for I do not know. Sometimes they leave a voicemail and sometimes they do not. The one time I did speak with someone she was rude and was insisting on getting my credit card number even though I told her that I do not give that information over the phone and I would check the account online Western Dental's site. Today when they called again. Mind you they call multiple times a day. The guy who called forgot to hang up the phone and unintentionally left a voicemail where I could over hear the conversation. THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT FAT GIRLS. Their words, not mine. I'm sorry but this is extremely unprofessional and I will not be doing business with Western Dental again.
