they keep calling me at random times during the day and whoever it is doesn't say anything, and then after exactly 7 seconds they hang up

Yeah this phone number keeps calling me way too much, starting to get ridiculous!

I have a list about 40 long from these jokers - whoever they are.  The times I answer there is never anyone there, but the calls keep coming.  If anyone finds out who they are... I'd like to know.

Same here. Got this call today for more than 5 times. Never leave a message. Hang up when you pick up.

they call continuously and its ridiculous they hang up ass soon as you anser.

I've been experiencing the same thing.  5 to 6 calls per day and no one on the other end.

The calls started a couple of days ago...I never answer calls from numbers I don't know.  Finally they called so many damn times that I answered, all they did was hang up...so I called back.  It is asking me to enter my mailbox number and password? Then I try to get around it and I get nowhere...this is very frustrating!

This company is known as American Reader's Choice. It is a complete ripoff.  Basically they offer a "free" $1000 gift certificate. However, they want to charge 39.99 a year for the magazines. Due to the fact that they call and hangup on consumers, I would recommend complaining directly to the FCC at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

Believe me, once we get a lot of complaints, companies like this are shut down.

this company is calling my 12 year old daughter constantly,When I talked to the guy and asked why he was calling I was told he was calling an ambulance,and hung up.the second time they called he told me my daughter  won $10,000.when I told him I would report him he said go ahead, so I did.I question the integrity of the people behind the phone.

I've been getting about 6 calls a day for the last week. and its pretty irritating  i called back once and it was for some premier mastercard thing that offered road side assistance.  anyone know who to get them to stop

they kept calling me really early this morning. i didnt answer and when ididnt they just kept calling back about 6 times. so then i answered it thinking a friend or family membe might be in trouble, who else calls at 4 am, and they just hng up..and when i called back it was some platinum benefits group saying they offer road side assistance and medical and dental insurance at low low rates. i think its ridiculous it really needs to be stopped.

Ever since I registered at otdcyclesports.com (Out the Door Motorcycles, or Out the Door Cyclesports), I have been receiving phone calls from the same area code.

When I called OTD the first time, they said I could get an online quote by filling out the form and submitting it online.  In order to do this you need to put in a valid telephone number.  The same day I registered for a quote, I started receiving the 866 area code calls.

STAY AWAY FROM otdcyclesports.com!!!  It is a scam website and they will sell your information.  There is no "Terms & Conditions" or any disclosure policy on their site.  Perhaps that should have been my first warning, but they were very nice over the phone so I did the dumb thing and trusted them.  Bad idea.  I guess its my fault in the end, but I'm writing this so others can learn from my mistake.

The phone number on the website is also 866 area code, and once I registered for a quote, I started receiving telemarketer calls from an 866 area code.  Coincidence?  I don't think so.

Oh, and "Manny" from the OTD hotline was extremely unprofessional.  If you talk to him, ask for another supervisor or manager, because that's what he is and I expected a higher level of service from a manager.

also... i forgot to mention yesterday. when they call and you dont pick up, they call right back unavailable... since yesterday they have called my phone a total of 27 times.. that is just ridiculous, they really need to find something else to do with there time.
