Person identified themselves as Vincent Albertson ( Real ? ) said to call about "time sensitive estate matter".   gave office hours of M - TH 8:00 am to 8: pm and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time.   Have not made any contact with them.

Received on answering machine same exact message as indicated in message above.  I have not made contact.

this number will not stop calling..it has called me just about everyday for the last 2 weeks..finally left a voicemail today saying the same thing

Same with me.  I'm not going to call.

Same message as above to my cell phone.  Did not call them back.  Also left the same message on a friend's phone in FL ( I live in NY).  My dad died 2 years ago and was friend's with the lady in FL who also received this message.

It's Dec 13 and I've had two of the same calls, same guy in the last two days. Anyone know if this is a scam or not?

i hhave been getting a call from this person  for over three months do you know how to stop it?

I talked to a Lisa from "West Asset Management".  She (fraudlently) claimed that they were not soliciting anything.  She gave a mailing address of 7171 Mercy Rd., Suite 400, Omaha, NE 68106.

If I don't receive a check for $100 in the next 2 weeks, I will file a lawsuit against them for violating the Do Not Call list.

I can assure you that west is a collection agency in Omaha Ne and there was no fraud.

They are not selling anything it is a collection agency and the “Do not call list” does not apply.
