Unwanted calls I have a 4 month old daughter who they have woken up MANY times now with their phone calls! Stop calling me!!

these guys are calling me too..I'm making less than 200 bucks a week right now and have been struggling to pay them $25 a month on a $2000 bill.....they want me to pay $190 a month and i just can't so ...they're harassing me daily....truly sucks...

this company is harassing  i get a bill from the hospital,but i make a payment and then charge me a late fee.

This is a company that harrash people. They are not a collection agency. They are trying to collect mistakes ( eg the hospital got over paid and insurance on top paid for work not done , some one is taking advantage of people. They harrash and the whole country is tired of it. Do not pay them. They are not a collection agency according to them when you record them. Don't allow your fear to dish out $ that only gets to greedy people..

i am getting really tired of receiving phone calls from these individuals. I and my son are both in college. I pay them what I can each month, They can't get blood out of a stone.

I do not know you, I do not owe you, you cannot produce an invoice and mail it to me, you can't even tell me who I supposedly owe. (nobody)  Stop calling me~

It seems very suspicious! We got an email from a governmental office VNS - Victim Notification System with a case number. The phone is not listed under the VNS website or any other publication. The website used is not set, "https://www.notify.usdoj.gov".

Be suspicious and careful with an information you provide or who you deal with!

It could be SPAM, PHISHING, or just a elaborate SCAM.

It is a scam. I have had several calls with no answer and had to call them back. Same lady on 3 different days and 3 different occasions answered. There were kids and people laughing in the background. They said they r from credit one bank and wanted my acct and ss#. DONT DO IT.

They are calling for a Tyler, TX. CATHOLIC HOSPITAL trying to collect the Medicare $1250. deductible that OBAMA'S tries to get everytime she is admitted to the hospital. She has a financial agreement with this hospital that covers what Medicine does not pay that covers this. But She is on SS Disability & illegal Mexicans are making more money on Disabilty & are not having SS taxes taken out of their chks.  I am looking on-line to buy a Call Blocking machine, phone company is charging $3 a month to only block 10 calls!!! Caller ID only says 800 Service

Try amazon or ebay.  Some are running around 38-39 $ at the moment. Can block area codes, private name & number as well as unknown name & number.  

Also tell her to ask if they have any other programs she should qualify for that will reduce or pay the excess medicare does not. Some call it charity care. They do however, have programs available to help pay costs or cut them.  You have to ask, they do not voluntarily tell you most of the time.

Hope that helps. Also, if its a third party DC, you can send them a cease & desist letter. Follow the steps in what you need to know.  BTW, they can not touch SS or SSI. Only the feds can do that and only for federal student loans or back child support.

My hospital bill was paid by the V.A. and I still get calls from these losers trying to collect money that isn't owed.
