Called saying  I  was being sued for a credit card from 2008..I  didn't  even have a credit card back then

Stop calling me and my family for something that's over 10 years old.

Calls asking for one female name saying prosecuting for civil suit against the person <wrong name  than cellphone owners name> . Refused to give information details on the 'lawsuit'... then claims it's a suit for the person who owns the phone! Gives wrong mailing address.Claims they came out to 'serve' cell owner's name twice this month but 'not deliverable/ bad address' and if not cleared up immediately actions will increase and be fully enforced. EACH TIME info is asked for " dates- case # , doubling up on names etc. instantly slammed on hold. Gal on phone call at this number continually snarky- keeps saying she already gave info and accusing the owner of the cell as irrational and doesn't have to answer any of her detail oriented questions. Claims to be the ' supervisor' . She hung up on cell owner. After 3 calls. lots of snarky laughing It didnt sound real. Beware- called the County court clerk. No filing against the cell owner by ANYONE much less this caller. Was instantly shifted by County court clerk to Sheriffs office since Court  Clerk wanted it reported to County Sheriff. County sheriff's office takes the call and replies that the scams go on just like this...fishing for info and wanting to call you with massively old accusation. Be careful. Sheriffs office now has info on this afternoon's call and is requesting that we let all friends and family members know ....then to please block any numbers called on this matter.

This is a phone number look-up site. No one here is calling you so no one here can stop calling you. Invest in a call blocker and don't answer calls from unknown phone numbers when at all possible.

John Minor called my daughter from the number, told her I missed my court date and the warrents for my arrest were returned as undeliverable and that I had better call him or he would have me arrested for my outstanding debt that I owed his company.

Your warrants were "undeliverable"?! Oh, that's a good one. Stupid scammers.

I was told same sort of thing upon 4th call but the person also added it was a civil suit!Civil suits don't result in arrests for court no shows!  Court no show as a civil case in court would let them go on without the defendant present t and can result in them creating by a judgement for payment...not arrests! And not arrests for  no shows .
