My brother got a call from these people concerning our mom. She is not able to handle her finances. So I returned the call to learn that there was an unpaid bill from Sprint from "2007" and a "pending civil suit". I told them good luck trying to collect. I've handled her finances for the last 10 years. She owes nothing. SCAM!!!

They called asking for my son about a civil matter in a certain county that he doesn’t even live in. Stated they were civil servers and they were calling on behalf of Allison Associates. Called back it’s a scam

Stated is was a civil matter over a bill from 2006, didn't have correct address for me. Told me I was going to be served in a week.

Called about a civil suit against my uncle

They called and left a message on my mother's cell phone.  Said there was a pending civil complaint being filed against me in the litigation department of the county where I live.  No such department exists.  They gave me a case number and everything.  Complete bull.

Missed scheduled delivery 3 weeks ago

A Johnathan called me my mother my husband my sister and my father about a bogus bill my mother supposedly owed. Scam artists.

Tiffany Williams called me about legal documents sent out to my residence in harris county.  left a case number and phone number

Someone from a company Ellis And associates called regarding a pending civil action.  I contacted them telling them they were violating Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  They refused to provide me their address or continue talking to me after I informed them of Statute of Limitation barred complaint years ago.  They hung up on me.

call about filing of civil suit in some unknown county. told to call litigation department that it was urgent. they left message; suspected scam call; never returned call. Obvious scam,, but could fool unsuspecting person.

SCAM - Got a voicemail from them: "My name is William Camp I'm calling on behalf of Alison Associates. The nature of this call is to address a pending civil complaint scheduled to be filed against you out of Caracas County. You were sent out a legal document to notify you of this matter. Unfortunately due to no response to the document issued you're receiving this call as a final notification to contact the litigation department immediately. Their number is 866-629-1405. Please also be able to reference your case file number that number is********. "

These [***] called my parents worrying them about some law suit. Damn idiot scammers
