Received a call at 12:24 today on a DNC phone offering "extra working capital" and information that I requested (not). I called the number and it went to Max Advance (www.maxadvance.com ... which has been listed on SEDO.com for sale since June 2006). The domain: MaxAdvance.com is registered with GoDaddy.com,created on 22-June-06 by Nachum Shemesh (email: david@toptechny.com) with an address of 4208 18th Ave., Brooklyn NY 11218 and phone number: 718-864-0921. Rich wasn't available but another person offered me advance funding (isn't that also known as a loan?). When asked how they got my DNC number the guy I spoke with had no idea. When asked about making sure I was on their DNC he said he had no idea what that meant.

I too have never requested such a thing, no way would I ever call this liar back

I also got a call from Rich, his message said to call 866-629-4464, but caller ID is 213-000-0000. Third time he called I answered, told him I never called, he said he had a recording, but couldn't play it until I "confirmed my information". I asked him never to call again and hung up. I still get calls once a month to once a week.

As you can tell from the previous posts, this is another business loan scam.
These people will not take 'no' for an answer. They call over and over with their petty scams.
They refuse to stop calling. They constantly change the name of the "business" they're calling from. Yet, it's always the same people that call.
I'm receiving phone calls from Ken Marshall.
I just want these calls to stop.

I received another call for a business loan scam from Ken Marshall.
I made the mistake of giving out my phone number and e-mail a few years ago, and they constantly sell that information to other scammers.
I've had to change my phone number 3 times. They look the new business number(s) I created and just keep calling.

Another call from Ken Marshall. They will not stop calling. I am getting sick and tired of these people.
I change my phone number, and then they call my new number.
I don't have the ability to block numbers on this line.
They never stop calling.
It's a scam.
