they are top10help.com on the bill but they are also techassistsite.com, transferaid.com and zeldasupport.com and there might be other names, these numbers and sites that they give you stinks, they don't want to refund trial charges even if they weren't made by the credit card owner so I emailed vipesh@elitedollars.com or you can go to Elitedollars.com and email the managers and one of them sent my email to evidal@contactcenter.com who found the charges to transferaid, techassistsite and zeldasupport which is all i needed and they told me that they refunded all the charges, at the beginning they only found 2 of the charges then they found the third one without me asking cause I kept emailing them about what sites were each of the charges from and the dates

I don't know about the Moppet email but I hope its a person to contact, some managers like Corleone@EliteDollars.com will transfer your email to support@zeldasupport.com but don't contact them they will not refund the trial charges and they will say in the chat that they will add your information in the SCRUB database for fraud being involved and if you want a refund, zeldasupport is the only site, from the other sites that look like it that i know that will refund during the chat

you should email all the managers since their slow, use the BCC part of your email to email them

when i email support@elitedollars.com i got a forward reply from support@gagonmycock.com which also said that I can go to http://dee.247supportrep.com

lots of these billers share the same records with each other if you can find another better biller that can do refunds then share that info

when evidal@contactcenter.com emailed me she made a hyperlink for some reason for these two sites which takes you to a canceling site, its not a helpful link and i have no idea why she did that, must have been her mistake , then Evida stop making those hyperlinks when typing the sites

before buying an online service form a site do a search on it and also turn on the search suggestions to see if there are important stuff to search and look at like scams and also look at the sites to look for the emails and site name and also the name of the statement on your bill or name of the statement that will be on your bill you can find out maybe in the FAQ or main page
