call your card fraud line immediately. cancel card and have it reissued. charges will continue until you do.

i got the transaction as well. is this a fraud? will banks reimburse you?

I noticed a charge for 39.97 on my CC statement from this company. A little investigation and it turned out someone used my CC to signup for some porn sites.

I called the company and told them the situation, they gave me the persons e-mail address and IP who did the fraud, and then they processed a refund in 3 business days.

You should call the company and attempt to get a refund in check then cancel your card, or wait the 2-3 business days to get the refund then cancel your card.

I wish you would post the IP & Email Address for these scumbags. Our credit cards, bank accounts, wallets and privacy have been violated. Thieves need to be in jail!
