Shannon Reed calling from Credit department; related to scam call last week....

a woman called 2 times trying to sell me replacement cartridges, had my name and phone number. Sent me 12 cartridges i didnt order and need to send back.

After speaking with a very helpful cutomer service rep, i got a better understanding on what had happened with both parties not understanding each other.They were very helpful in returning the order.

I wanted to update this. I figured out what was going on. They are not a scam after all. They were just needing help with an overstock. We were not interested.

Turns out they are a supplier of the hospital, just wanted to make sure and correct this mistake.

They actually may be scammers.

Found out the contrary, quite a legitimate company, my mistake.
