Called twice on 1/16. I did not answer...no message left.

thank you been getting calls from this number. haven't been answering & they won't leave a message.

It is Amazon.com credit.  Usually something about your credit account.  It is not a scam.  If you have asked a question, etc., about your amazon credit account they might call you with a response; that's what happened with me.  I have a question in to them via their message system but I did not expect they would respond by phone so I did not answer this call.  In my case, they did leave a voicemail, identifying who they are and why they were calling.  So it is no scam.  However, you should still never give any personal or account info out over email or phone to anyone who calls you unless you know who it is or it is a call you initiated.  Even though this one is legitimate, I did not know it was at the time the number came up on the incoming call.

Amazon credit letting me know that they received my email and are working on my concern.

Legitimate call from amazon  credit center regarding a disputed charge I put i about a week ago.They left a message. However, it has already been resolved.

I called Amazon customer service to report a lost card.  This is the number I used to reach them.
Legitimate phone numbers get "spoofed" all of the time by crooks making it look like a legitimate company is calling.  That could be what happened in some of these cases, but in mine this number is actually Amazon and the call was initiated by me. (I got it off of their web site).

This is NOT a scam.  This is a credit card company asking about your satisfaction with a previous call.  I really cannot understand why you leave a post like this is a scam and mislead us ALL.

This is NOT a scam.  It is a amazon prime following up on your previous call.  I cannot understand people who enter misleading info.

This number comes up on my Credit report. I do not have any credit accounts with Amazon that would require anything in my Credit history!

Amazon billing is a complete disaster. I stopped using them as they cant get anything right.

You knew who called, but seem to be unaware that you can obtain a call blocker to solve your problem.
Posting your biased opinion here will not solve your problem.

SAFE:  866-634-8379 - Amazon.com Credit Card and/or Synchrony Bank.  I called them due to my account lockout and sat on hold for only 2 minutes, then hung up.  Apparently, they knew that I called and called me back.  Honestly, that's some great customer service.  I did not answer as I will call back later today.  So, NOT SPAM.
