I got in my mac today and it makes annoying sounds and I have to force my mac to shut down because non of the keyword works.

I got a message when i open safari browser, your mac is infected call at Mac help support +1-866-635-2231 and my safari dont works now and i can not do anything.

a message pops out on my screen (mac) about 45 minutes ago. it was talking about malware etc. i called the nr and i think he sounded like from india then i remember about phone scams. i quickly ended the call and shut down the computer, googled the nr from ipad and... i should have asked more

delete google then reinstall it

These guys are trying to break into your computer under the guise of helping you.  Don't type anything into your computer that they direct you to.  If you feel you really are infected, shut down your computer and take into a real store where you know who you are dealing with.  Once they have control, you may not get it back and they can access any files you have on your machine.  They can also install whatever they want, including viruses.  Best option, if you don't feel like toying with them a bit, is to put the phone down and walk away.  Waste their time.
