They just called and there was no one on the other side when I answered.

Calls every night with no answer

Same as the previous posters. They call, I answer, there is no one there.  Why bother calling if you aren't going to respond?

They constantly call and no answer on their end.

ince Federal "Do Not Call List" doesn't(Kinda like our elected officals). I have tried another aproch. I am a Concast Phone Service user. I have gone and clicked on all answered or missed calls. I them selected the option to screen ALL calls from all numbers that are friend or family related. Will see what happens. I have also added several of these numbers to my blocked call list. Unknown Name & Number doesn't work in either case.

I kept getting calls from this number once or twice a night. Every time I pick up the phone, there is no answer. I finally called the number back today, and was connected to "Comcast". Now, if it was indeed Comcast calling, why the the caller ID show "800 Services" or "Out of Area"? Anyway, I asked them to remove my number. I didn't have to give them any information, they read my phone number to me to verify the number to be removed from their list. They told me 30 days for it to go in effect.

Calls every day for past week.  Sometimes when I call back number it answers with a generic message without defining the company at other times it says thanks for calling ComCast.

My guess is probably a reseller trying to sell Comcast products

I use Comcast Phone service. I have this number screened and blocked. I shoiuld not be getting these calls. But tonight at 8:36 they called again. Some how they get around the screening and the block I put on this number. Last night they called, answering machine answered call. They responded with hello and ask for me by my name. Sure wish our elected officals would stop these calls by doing something for us voters. Instead everything they do, they do for themselves by saying if I do this what do I get. I think come election day we should vote out all incumbents and start fresh. This goes for state and federal elected.

This company is called Market Link.  They have been employed by Comcast to notify users about changes to channel lineups.  Comcast has been making many changes as they transition away from analog to all digital.  Personally, I don't derive much help from these calls, but I see nothing nefarious going on.  What ever other customers Market Link  has, I can't vouch for.

I called them back and was connected to the Comcast Division that is setting apptmts for a review of the newest home security system.
