    Number showed on my bank statement as withdrawing UNAPPROVED funds. When i called back i was placed on hold for 20 minutes. The voice on the other end indicates with the high volume of calls to our research dept. wait time for a representative is 20 minutes.

    I too am a victim of this unethical company.  They took $87.13 from my
    checking account without my permission.  I am having problems getting it
    refunded.
