I called back, but the line does not ring, it sounds like a fax is being sent.

I receive a call from an Unavailable number every day. Every day they leave a message to call them back at 1-866-635-7400. They say they are with Simplexity customer relations and it is regarding the early deactivation of my cellular phone. I go through Verizon and they have not heard of this company and reassured my that my phone will not be shut off. If anyone knows how I can get these calls to stop that would be fabulous. It is definitely some type of a scam but I am not going to call back to find out what kind.

They left a message saying they are with Simplexity customer relations and it is regarding the early deactivation of my wireless phone.  Called them back, and they were looking for someone with my last name, but no one in my family has that first name.  Asked what State they thought they were calling and they didn't even have that right.  (Area Code would have told them that . . .)  Aksed them where they got my phone number and they said that since I was not the one they were looking for they could not discuss that with me.  Not sure what is up here, but it all sounds fishy to me.

I called back many times but only got the machine.

just got a call from this number. They didn't speak and hung up on me after I stated my company name and said, "how may I help you". I run a small business out of my home so I stated my company name instead of "hello". I am thinking it threw that person off that I didn't say a simple "hello" so that person hung up. I called back curious factor and the gentleman that answered was some company called Simplexity. I never heard of them. I told him what happened and he asked for my phone number. I told him that he already it if he just called. He said, "we have a dialer so I don't have access to that number." So I said if he is calling me from an automated dialer it must be spam. Then I hung up on him. Caught you jerks!! Don't be bothering me and wasting my company's time. I have work to do and what if a client was trying to call instead of you and couldn't get through because of you calling? PLEASE STOP!!!

Hi I just started getting these calls yesterday. I answered the first one and it was really loud music. I hung up immediately. I got another one today, but did not answer. They left a message and said they were with this Simplexity Customer Service Team and I needed to call them back regarding the recent deactivation of my cellular device. I did not call them back. I checked with Snopes and they know nothing of this co. What is going on here???

I'm getting these calls also. I just wonder if they are trying to hack into something or is it a scam? Snopes knows nothing of these people.

I'm getting calls from this number saying they are with Simplexity Customer Service and it is about an early deactivation of a device. I answered the first time and just got loud music, so I hung up. I didn't anwer the next time, but they left me this message about the deactivation.
