Ryan called me and talked to me about my daughter's (37 yrs. old) drug problem. He said she submitted an online application for help. He talked to me for almost an hour I thought he was going to get her into a program. Then he tells me he has a program called Fresh Start that would be perfect for her. I asked the cost he said $33,000! I said I don't have that kind of money and I have a son going off to college in the fall. He laughed at me and said thats disgusting letting your daughter die while your son can go to college! Then he told me most people take out a second mortgage on there house or get a loan to pay for this. He turned from caring to extremely rude real quick. I called my daughter and she did not know anything about this Helpline Ryan was calling from. She told me she had submitted an application to a rehab that was no cost so how Ryan got ahold of this information is still a mystery. But it was very hurtful to me to hear his insults.

They called me to. Women left message that I had looked into Fresh Start and was returning inquiry. Never happened. Scammers.

I sent a request online for a call back to discuss an intervention for my sister.  I received a call back from Kira, can't remember where she said she was from.  Her and I had a very nice and refreshing conversation for over an hour.  I really felt like she could help us with this, she explained the internvetion process, etc.  She gave me her # and took my mom's # because she wanted to get more info from her on my sister's past drug issues. Kira said she would call me back later that evening, once she spoke to my mom.  Basically, she never contacted my mom, nor myself.  I've left her numerous messages in the past week and feel we, too have been scammed.  There's a special place in hell for people that take advantage of people dealing with family members that have additition problems.  So very sad this was a scam.

Now that I know this is a scam, I won't return their message.  It's unfortunate that their website appears to be a non profit program to help find drug addiction services.  So glad this forum exists.
