I received a call from this number, not identifying who they are or whom they suopose to be representing saying I had bank fraud and theft which I do not and to call immediately to resolve. What I did was block the call and reported them to FCC. If there are ligitimate debt collector claims, then put it in writing, put a stamp on it and mail it. If you truly know the consumer than you would have the information ti contact them properly. Be aware consumers, there are all kinds of scammers out there, I got caught once already.
