Called stating someone had filed a complaint against a family member and they needed to contact the attorney immediately. I am on the Texas do not call list.

Called at 4:49 pm approximately and they said if the  family member did not call by 10am that there would be a warrant out for  their arrest.   Elite Process Server is the name they identified themselves by.  The attorney they said to call is named Patricia Willis.

These bozos tried to say  they were "Legal Document Services" with the local county. Problem One: They called from a number over half the country away from here. The 866 number is the call back they left. Problem Two: I work for the local government, there is no such department. 100% Scam

The name they left was County Legal Services.  They claimed that they could not deliver the summons to the address in file (we have lived at the same address for 20 years).  The person to contact was Anthony Miles.

Had my name correct but said that legal documents were returned to them because they could not be delivered. I've lived at my current address for 2 years and the previous for 17. Said to call "the attorney directly at 866-652-6079" and reference a case number.

They called family and friends looking for me telling them they had important documents
They left a case numbe and used the name Samantha Clark

They are trying to embarrass you by calling friends & family.  IF they had real documents, you would NOT have a warning cold call.  They are making an ILLEGAL threat!   BLOCK them - and let your friends know about the scam.  REPORT - www.comsumerfinance.gov & Your state attorney general.

I got the exact same message on my answering machine the other day and they mentioned a summons and to call and speak to an attorney so I dont get a failure to appear. I've been at my address for just about 8 yrs

Received a message from an 'unknown caller' claiming to be from "elite process servers", said they could not find my address to "serve" me. I owe no-one anything, so I laughed. The message said I must contact: "Patricia Willis" with the legal department at 855-415-273? to avoid any legal complications.  Well, this scammer hit up the wrong guy. If they continue to harass me, I will take much more action than they anticipate. I am soooo sick of the pieces of SH** in this world. Bring IT ON Patricia Willis !!!

This clown called my wife and said they were at my house to serve us. What a lie as we were home all day and d9 not owe anyone. We are retired and these clowns are scammers trying to get money for nothing. They should go to jail.

Called to tell me a blatant lie that the legal documents they were trying to send came back undelieverable. That's BS! I have lived at my current address for over two years.

My ex daughter in law received a call from Elite Process Servers today. Trying to locate me with information about a court hearing or summons...she wasn't quite sure. Left a case #, phone numbet: 866 629 7065. Was told to ask for Patricia or Louise. Sounds like the same scam.

I got call from a scammer saying she was calling from elite process servers and asked me to note down a number to call an attorney named Patricia Willis. Told her not calling anyone. If there are papers to be served. Send them to my home. She hung up.

Caller would not give name but called from a restricted number saying he's affiliated with Elite Process Servers. However I have no bills due and nothing on my credit report. I wasn't going to go back and forth with the man, if the call persists I will contact District Attorney and FTC.gov to file a report.
