Its a collection agency called Alliance One.

Re-activated an old cell number and have been getting multiple calls from this number, sometimes 3 - 4 times a day with no message. I got so fed up with the calls day in and day out that I called the number. The service rep was rude, told me to shut up, and hung up the phone.  I called back. The same rep answered. More rudeness, told me to answer my !#%& phone if I wanted to know what debt I owed and to whom. Real nice customer service....

This is a call from Alliance One a debt Collection Company.

I have been using Citi Bank for years and years on a cash basis.  I pay my bills online and carelessly failed to click on approve for payment resulting in a late payment.  Received many calls from 866-658-8513 which I learned online to be a debt collection agency.  I have several other card options including a local bank card.  Will cancel my card with Citi Bank over this.

Caller ID says "800 Service"  and the message was left on a Sunday evening?  person says they are from citibank and that this isn't a sales call...?
I checked my account online and all looks fine.  current with payments and no suspicious activity?
I have never been late on a payment on my citicard and always pay more than the minimum.  always.
This number does not show up on their website as a legit number.

caller id said 800 service.  message left said they were citibank and that I needed to call them at this number and it wasnt a sales call.  (I am current on my account, have been for years)
But when I called the number I got a recording that said I reached Alliance one, a collection agency?
I hung up, I'm not late on any account that anyone could collect from me on?
