Called to collect a debt and pressed 1 to speak to a representative. When answered she spoke with a heavy accent couldn’t understand her. I told her she had the wrong number. It sounds like a total scam.

First call was from Heather Heather Lockwood, second time around, same voice, new name; Georgia Brontson. Fraud company. I asked them to validate the court information (i.e. docket/case number), they wouldn't provide that. I asked them who is collecting the debt, they said HSBC bank, I have never had an account with them. They want your information BEFORE they send out any formal written statements.
