So did I, they just called me and said that my electric bill was shut off back in March of this year and they needed to collect $21.07 from me with Visa or Mastercard. My electric was never shut off. I told them no thank you, I will 1st call my company.

Company called me saying my gas bl was about to turn off that i owed them money. They said i owed $40 to keep my yas turned on. All they needed was my visa number. Fyckin sketchy [***]. So i told them ill call back. But instead i called my gas company and theres nothing wrong. Dont answer this numbers call

This scam has been going on for decades. Demand to speak to their supervisor (as my late Mother did, when an imposter claiming to be from her power company called, threatening to turn off her lights if she didn't pay him NOW) and see how fast they hang up.

Recieved a call from this number, advising them they had the wrong number and they were the rudest and unprofessional people i have ever spoken with in my life. Told the csr i spoke with i googled their number and shows lots of complaints of being an illegitimite company and she hung up on me. I must've struck a nerve....

They called but did not say anything.

I picked up once and started to breathe heavy into the microphone and i heard a guy say, "really". Called them back and they are very rude. So now I call them all the time and just breathe heavy into the microphone see how they  like being called and harrased.

They dont say anything when I answer the phone. They just sit there as I say hello, hello, hello. Then they hang up.

They said they were a debt collection agency trying to collect a debt from some electric company I never heard of, a female voice, kind of sexy, but her trance didnt work on this dude. I just hung up. I called their number back after hours and the recording said they were Taurus collection agency. I googled them up and their HQ is out of the bloody hell UK.
