Just received private number was told this number belongs to GMC Litigations, but they dont come up on google

They have called me and my husband numerous times and won’t state why
Just call back
I did it says legal,dept onmautomated voice and then says leave a message

The message said it was from LOS dispatch office.....I googled it and Los Angeles PD Dispatch office comes up but their numbers are all 877 area code. 866-659-2606 is a threatening scam call saying they will submit court documents by end of day with or without your consent. Tells you to call 888-531-7934. This number has many reports of being a scam number also. Ignore this call!!!!

Stupidly I answer the call   Asked for me and said my address said he had legal documents to deliver to me at  my address. I didnt answer him then he asked if it was me and I said no dont you call here again.. Its a scam I have no absolutely no reason to have any court documents. Sick Of this sick world.

Scam! Real process servers don't call in advance. Block and ignore such calls if you can.

Left me a message with my full name, last 4 of my ssn, full address, the year, make, and model of my vehicle, and my license plate number. He said it was in connection to my vehicle but of course when he said what he had (for me) there was some sort of sharp buzzing noise and I couldn’t hear him. Once the noise ended he was stating my address. Towards the very end he gave a reference number and said to call back if I wanted to change the servicing of the location. This is all very strange because idk how he would have gotten all of my information, but no one has attempted to serve me anything (and it’s been a week - I’m just now listening to the message), and I sure as anything haven’t been involved in any accidents or anything so I can only assume this is a SCAM - just like everyone else has reported thus far. If it is legit, which I doubt, they will find a way to get in touch with me. Oh and he never said who he was or where he was calling from either!

Since it’s Saturday I decided to call to see what sort of recording there was but it’s just some girl that says you’ve reached (mumbled) legal department leave your reference number, blah blah blah - scam. Scam. Scam.

Huge scam that keeps calling my family with there addresses and there vehicle information claiming fraud has been committed 13 years ago under my previous married name if you say anything they begin screaming how the will charge you with fraud and you will be arrested ...becareful don't give them any info...the only info they have is ALL public record!!

Thank you for all the folks reported the scam thus far.  I just received couple calls from 866-659-2626 with "private" label.  That was a first sign of being a scam.  But the message raised a lot of concerns.  The caller stated that there is a legal complaint need be served but no one there to sign.  Only by checking this site I can rest ashore that this is indeed a scam.  Number blocked.  I will also inform all my families and friends so they don't fall victim to the scam.

They had my name, address and last 4 of my social. Threatened me with “legal documents” regarding my property. I have no situations involving my property or the law. Total scam. Called themselves Emerson Parker Litigation

I got the same message they even called my step brother which I don’t know how they could dig that far into my life

Some scammer just called my number. When I asked to be added to their do not call list. He kept trying to pursue the call. Threatening me to call other numbers that he had for me. Then told me that he would keep calling. I told him that my number is on the national do not call registry and that I was going to block him. He hung up.

As you perfectly well know, the registry has nothing to do with debt collection calls whether real or imaginary.

called my mother and said that she was the emergency contact to me and needed to deliver documents to my address.  gave number 844-377-4193 to call back with a reference number.  I called and she said she was a law office but couldn't give me a name of the office. said it was for a debt collection.  there is no debt on my name - this is a scam

They called claiming to have been unable to serve legal documents, not for me but for a landlord I used to live at one of his properties over a decade ago. Why would I care about that?
Called both numbers given and like other reports it goes to an automated message for the "legal department"

Fake debt collector threatening with lawsuits.  KISS MY ASS!

Called stating weird stuff about a deceased uncle signing for legal notice or further action would be taken. cross referencing names and threatening to serve home and paces of employment. for what? someone who has been deceased for ten years?

"Stephanie" from "Legal Career Services" called me regarding my Fiancé. Her voicemail provided his name, birthday, and address and wanted me to call back at 833-910-4335. Threatened that if there was no call back, the address will be deemed as valid and verified and the "legal documents" will be issued and processed without his consent. They shortly after blew up his phone with calls. Scam scam scam scam SCAM.
