The message left said it's a law firm Arnold, Scott, Harris in Illinois representing the IL Tollway Authority. Very weird.

I received a toll ticket in IL and forgot to pay.  The call I received from the law firm was an attempt to collect.

My 89 yo Grandfather recieves scam and phishing calls all the time. This number has come up twice and they called again today. I spoke to a woman who said my Grandfather's car ran the toll in Illinoise, which he has never ever been to. I asked for the tag number and she said all she could tell me was that it was an Ill. tag. Errr, umm we don't live anywhere near Ill. and I can assure you there is no vehicle that he registered in Ill. I laughed and told her she should check to see what state she is calling and to do her research and stop making random phishing calls. Funny she chose a retired WW2 vet and lawyer to try to scam. Morons! I am reporting this number to the actual Toll Authority in Ill.

This caller is legit as i have a violation with the Illinois tollway. Its a law firm that does debt collection. It is not a scam. This goes to anyone who has Ezpass or Ipass. so it doesnt have to be within IL to get the phone call.

I received a voicemail from a Mr. Mitchell. Didn’t say who he was calling for and my number is relatively new to me. Googled the company Harris and Harris and it appears this is for a ticket in Illinois. Never been there!
