    Calls about 7PM EDT every other evening. No message. Called number, got recorded answer that says "Thank you (no company name). For training purposes your call may be monitored and recorded. We are currently  experiencing a higher than normal number of calls and a longer than normal wait time. Please stay on the line for the next available 'agent.'"
    I haven't yet talked with anyone live.

    Received call on Tue, Jan 12th at 8:18pm.  I didn't answer.  They did leave a voicemail. It was an automated recording from Comcast out of Philadelphia, PA.  The message was about an upgrade that will be happening this week and that it may impact my parental settings. It stated what I might need to do to reset them.  I was not asked to return the call.
