Unless the message was using a very good imitation of a celebrity (like Tom Hanks or Taylor Swift) then it was more likely to have been generated by old-fashioned text to voice software (which has been available for decades) or possibly even a real person recorded on very cheap equipment.
While "AI" may be a currently trending buzzword, that does not mean that everything is now "AI" related.

using various numbers from various cities so impossible to keep blocking, all same message calling as owe back taxes and this is TRS for tax relief then leave this to call back

Have you heard the message? It sounds way too authentic to be text to voice. In fact, I don’t know what Taylor Swift sounds like, but maybe she actually could be “Julie” from  “PRS”. At any rate, thank you for your candor. Know-it-all.

I noticed that you avoided the second option in that post which was a "real person recording a message".  Why?  It didn't fit in with your intention to cause problems troll?  Thank for you candor "Know-nothing".

I feel that same way about Photoshop. Somewhere back there Photoshop became a verb instead of a skill that takes years to master. No, damn it, this was NOT PHOTOSHOPPED. It was tweaked using a phone app by someone who wouldn’t have a clue what to do with actual Photoshop.

This is highly likely an automated call about payment plans for unpaid taxes. This toll free number (866) is provided from different out of state phone numbers. One from Oyster Bay, NY (516) and another from Fountain, MI (231).

They are calling repeatedly every day. Even if it were a legitimate service, I wouldn't deal with them.

16 calls and voicemails in a 7 day time period.  All different #'s, Cities and States (area code, 223, 516, 219, 509, 314, 252) all for the same thing TSR Back Tax Debt.  When you call the number ( 1-866-659-6972) somebody answers and if you tell them you want to be put on their do not call list they either hang up or go silent and won't respond but don't hang up.

Received calls from different numbers asking me to call (866) 659-6972 and when I ask to be put on a do not call list the man who answered(who was obviously a foreigner)went silent and would not respond but I don’t think that he hung up.

Daily calls from various phone numbers (all blocked & reported) from PRS regarding unfiled or unpaid taxes. Always leaves same VM message. Total scam. I am retired IRS

i have been receiving numerous number of call for this TRS and its really bothering. they are using different numbers

Think they are phishing for clients with tax issues-If they reviewed "my file" they would know what the problem is. Its BS- I am a retired accountant
