This is not a dead relative of mine.  Any inquiries should go through the clerk-of-court for the county she lived in and died in.

This is a credit agency for collection of a deceased person's credit card debt. If you did not have to go to probate you owe them no money. Make them send you something in paperwork.

This is a scam. They contacted me about a relative who passed away earlier in the year, but they didn't even have the full name correct. They're getting obituary info and just attempting to contact next of kin, or people they assume, or relatives. Really bottom of the barrel group here.

They say they are not a scam, but they most certainly are. They have called at least 12 times since my mother passed away. Each time I tell them to take my number off their call list. They never do. If they call one more time, I will report them to the fraud division of the Minnesota Attorney Generals Office.

Called asking if was responsible for paying mothers debt, wanted my name, copy of her death certificate. I would not give her any information as I am not responsible for the debt. She said that by giving my name does not make me responsible. I said send your request via mail, I was rather rude as I feel this is very rude and incentive after loosing someone you love. I used a app and have blocked the number. I sent death certificates to everyone and there was no probate as she was trying to indicate.

They called my mom after my grandmother passed away. They also sent a letter too, way before my Mom even talked to Citi Bank. It was right after my grandmother passed away. The company that called works with Citi Bank trying to collect a debt of deceased loved one. Beware having accounts with Citi Bank. The collections company they deal with to collect a debt, Ascension Point are shady. Both Citi Bank & Ascension Point both know that my grandmother had no estate, no living will or any life insurance. She had nothing & these Vultures still keep calling my mom anyway. My mom has an app that automatically blocks this phone number from calling. My mom is still grieving & she gets calls from these people. There should be a law against people like them.

Calling to have me settle an estate. Told me the name which didn’t ring a bell to me. I told them that was my uncle that is MIA in Vietnam and I thought they were calling to say they found him. They removed me from their list.

Same as many reports above. Wanted to talk with the person "authorized to discuss financial matters concerning" my ex-husband's deceased stepmother. The only strand of connection is a matching last name. I'm also told to call them back if mine is the wrong # so that they can take it off the list. Sure they will!

Still doing the same thing as before.  Wanted to talk with the person "authorized to discuss financial matters of the late..." naming my late ex-wife.  We have been divorced for 30 years!  She may or may not have had an account with Citi Bank, how should I know?

Received multiple calls requesting private info, while refusing to share who THEY are. Same woman every time. Sounds like a fishing scam. Had to block due to frequency of calls. They use multiple numbers to continue harrassment.
