Called saying they needed a response,didn’t leave a name or reason . Said they are giving me until Friday...

Left a message saying they needed a response and a reference number. They didn’t leave a name or reason . Said they are extending it out  until Friday...

Got a voice mail gave me a reference number and call back number then said because this is time sensitive extending it till free didnt say anything other than that.

Said her name was Jennifer Patterson, Agent ID #0136, said she needed to discus my payment options for my student loan changes. Gave me a reference number and said she would leave the account open until Friday.

I got the same call

Same here, said she was a agent wanted to discuss a time sensitive matter and will be extending my case out until this Friday

Got the same message, no name of info. except a call back # and reference #. Said they were extending my case til Friday.

same,,,no name on the voicemail, she left a ref. number and said it was "time sensitive" and stated she was giving me an extension until Friday on this time sensitive matter.

Literally all the same content word for word but called from a new jersey number. saying to call the 866 number
