Caller asked for a person that does not live here.

Called stated that my account is in good standing, but if I don't not give them my credit card account number or bank account number my account will be sent to collections...  After going back and forth with the guy for over 5 minutes, I asked for his name and employee number, along with his supervisor's name.  At that time he said "I feel this matter is not being resolved, and I'm going to end this call..."  And after that he hung up...  I tried calling the number back right after, and I got a recording saying: "Our office is now closed, please try your call again during regular business hours."
This has got to be some sort of scam to get your bank/credit card numbers!

Got a call from this number.  Said it was a collection agency trying to collect a debt for North Ohio Heart Center.  In the middle of talking to the person who did not speak good english, he hung up on me. I contacted NOHC and they said they never turned us over to a collection agency.  I have a canceled check that proves I paid the bill in full.  How in the world did they get our account for NOHC??
