    How to Answer
    I get a call from 866-673-1469.  I answer and I am instantly on hold.  A female voice says "Please hold for a very important call."  So I wait a while with the phone on speaker while relaxing music plays.  Then I hang up.  Next time I'll wait for as long as I can and may string the person along for a while before hanging up.  Waste their time and they'll lose money.  If you have time, listen to their drivel for a while, then say,
    "I'm sorry, what did you say?  I wasn't listening."
