A woman by the name of Michelle left a message on my home phone.  She said she was from a company by the name of CCR & Associates.  She said it was regarding a check and credit and that she worked in the fraud department.  She was actually calling for my ex-husband and left a case number for him to call back.  I called myself because I didn't know if it had something to do with me.  She mentioned his name again, so I told her that we were no longer married.  I told her that I would contact him and give him her information.  When he called, there was no answer.  He then went on the computer and ran the phone number and this is when he told me about this site.  The number she left was (866) 673-1748 ext 359

a relative got a call from an allen rose. This person was told to tell me to call him at 866 673 1743.

I was told to call or they will have to action. sounds like another sleazy collection agency. I have not recieved any written information about this.

Thank you for this! I just received a call from a Lisa who said she is from CCR & Associates on my caller ID it said LEGAL CHECK SVC number 716-206-0696. I was out and couldnt get this call and my mother had picked it up, they released information about this matter i supposedly had lol. For starters she had claimed to be an attorney well a REAL attorney would not discuss matters with others besides you the individual thats one sign of a hoax!! lol. I had called back the number and it went to an automated messenger asking for extentions, so I put in Lisa and a guy answered her line said he was Joesph Adams! Then proceeded to tell me I owed a loan and i will be going to jail, lol. then said it dated back to 06'!! lol 3 years ago, then asked me who this person was which was a friend then proceeded to tell me shes going down for fraud lol. How can a refrence go down for fraud? lol may think I'm stupid! Then had said my fine was $1275.00 if I paid $720 today he will remove me from any court action lol. Mind you he's an attorney an attorney would NEVER ask for a payment over the phone!! So I said NO thank you I know who you are your a liar and a scamm trying to get my cash and your not, another thing is I checked you out on BBB and have called BBB and they dont have you registered as being a legal firm, then he tried to get me tranfer to another person lol that other person never came LMFAO!!! I think its funny what they try to do, THEY ARE COMMITTING FRAUD THEIRSELVES BY IMPOSING AS AN ATTORNEY AND BY FRAUDULENCE TAKING YOUR CASH FOR A DEBT THAT HAPPENED THREE YEARS AGO. AND THEY TRY TO SCARE PEOPLE WITH TACTICS ABOUT FAMILY,FRIENDS,AND CO WORKERS YOU USED ON AN ONLINE APPLICATION!!

This place called my mom asking for my where abouts to collect a debt that supposedly happened in 2004 Ladies name was randi @ 1866-673-1748 ext.362 I left a message to find out what this was about and she never called back, so I looked it up online and found this.

I just checked my voice mail and had a message from a randi reed she is supposetly with a law firm and that I have a complaint filled against me and my social sec. number guess what phone number im supposed to call back 1 866 673 1748 and yep supposetly from the fraud devision

These people have been calling REPEATEDLY for a person (Casey) whom I am not, nor am I related to Casey, nor do I know Casey at ALL. When I finally picked up the phone to tell them they have the wrong # for Casey, the woman (Who, this time had claimed to be calling with a law firm and was in the midst of a very threatening message about a serious "legal matter") immediately turned and attacked ME, stating, "Well Casey left this number so you MUST be a relative!", to which I responded, "NO, I am not a relative. I don't even KNOW Casey".  I WAS in the middle of explaining to the woman that we've been receiving calls for Casey for a year now and that we just had the misfortune of getting assigned her old phone #, but the woman interrupted me to VERY SARCASTICALLY tell me, "Ma'am you sure are a nice woman, now aren't you!"

These people need to be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. It's ONE thing to sink your teeth into the people they've actually got a reason to go after - BUT to be SO COMPLETELY RUDE & VICIOUS that they  LACK COMMON COURTESY for people who, through NO fault of their own, end up on the receiving end of these phone attacks - That's not only UNPROFESSIONAL, but it's sickening that they have not been closed down!
