Both Craig Willilams and Rick Bonneville from CC&R called repeatedly and both used harmful threats, raised their voices and misreprented themselves as attorneys. Both made false statements and said that they will take unlawful action if payment is not made

I asked both Craig Wiliams and Rick Bonneville to call me at home that I could not accept their calls at work.  Both continued to harass me at the office.

Me too. He been calling my work phone repeatedly threatening me. I'm receiving over 8 calls a day from 866-673-1756 Rick Bonnerville CC&R and a Victoria Montgomery... I'm sick and tired of them calling me, harassing me on the job!!!

A Mr.Elliot just called, asked for my bossess name, very,very rude...

I recieved a call from a so called mr elliot very rude guy said he would take me to court for some loan that I never borrowed.  Tried to threatned me to take me to court and Im like whatever.

received call at my job, told coworker that i would have to appear in court if i didn't respond to a call from mr.elliott by a certain time

They also call me at work continuously.Does anyone know what company they collect from? They give me a docket # & tell me it is a pending law suit.

report them to the bbb or ftc and say that that they are harassing you then they will get in trouble

if they threaten you, call the police, and file a complaint with the attorney general.
