Belongs to a company by the name of Check & Credit  Reporting, Inc. They also will call themselves CCR & Associates and come across as if they are a Law Firm. The listed address is 3806 Union Road, Suite 155, Cheektowage, NY  14225

These people just illegally threatened me.  I recorded them.  They violated about 7 different laws in one phone call.  They messed with the wrong person.  Once I informed them that I am an attorney, they refused to give me their information until I "fax them something proving" I am an attorney, because apparently they forgot that any person they call is entitled to that information.  I love it when stupid black people like this peson get on the phone and just talk over the other person, repeating the same thing over and over because they can't follow the conversation.  "I didn't call you... I didn't call you... I didn't call you..." Yeah, you did.  They threatened to take me to court for something from 15 years ago, which I took care of about two weeks after it happened.  It's way past the statute of limitations, they threatened to sue me for "triple the amount" plus attorneys fees and damages, and gave me some large number.  When I told them they were breaking a bunch of laws, they immediately put me on hold, and when I gave up playing their games and began recording the call, the lady put me on hold again, and finally came back online and said "I didn't consent to being recorded...."  Too bad that doesn't work.  Call my line, I get to choose, and I don't have to okay it with you.  Easy money in my pocket.  Filing in small claims court.  I am all for legit collections activity, but you aren't scamming me without paying the price.
