    This scammer is at it again but using a new number.  Got a letter sent from a Mr. Terry Armstrong claiming to be Deputy Minister of Finance for the Australian Govt asking for me to fax acct info to this number in order to process a $2.5M inheritance.  They used to claim to be with Capitol One but now are claiming to represent Capitol Financial Services.  Terrible to prey on elders like this- over and over with different scams.
