The call several times a day yet when we do answer it, there is never a response.

keeps calling every day - When I answer no one is there...

Just received our 4th call today from this number and only one actually answered.  Stated that they were from a Children's charity that we donated to last year, but did not.  Asked to be removed because of the multiple calls a day and the gentleman was very understanding and stated that he could remove us from his list but there are 40-50 charities using the same call center and I would not be removed from every list.

They call repeatedly. When you call back, you get nothing but music. I'm on a no call list.

I tried looking 866 673 4363 up on reverse phone lookup but I don't want to pay to find out who this is just want the calls to stop. So far tonight got 3 calls every 20 minutes. Been calling me for over a week no one ever says anything when I pick up

Ok, I had the same problem with these guys - 25 calls this week - 4 today alone!  Here is what I was able to drag out of the supervisor.
- If you don't answer the phone with a loud voice quickly, the dialer doesn't connect you.
- They are a professional telemarketing firm calling for a variety of charities.  Name is charitable resource foundation.  I think this is the web address.  http://www.crf-inc.com/
- The charity they were calling my house for was the American Homeless Veterans - where I filed a complaint and told them that I would never donate to them again.  
Bottom line, answer quickly - figure out the charity - have yourself removed from the list, then contact the charity and tell them about this harrassment.  
Also, for good measure I filed a complaint with the ftc at www.ftc.gov
