Calls and hangs up when answered

Calls every day, won't speak, hangs up...  we called back,   it says can't be reached,  hang up and try again.... Has no name on caller I.D.... says out of area......
Is this  a company,?.. a solisitor,?   or harrashment as fun?

for about a month now-at least twice a day-phone rings-caller id shows 866 6734406-no name. noone speaks,eventually disconnects. can't be called-is probably an outgoing line only. i have filed a complaint with the natl no call agency and hope they can find these people and stop them!!

Calls and hangs up ... same MO.  The week after Christmas called 19 times....

We get no less that 50 calls a week from these idiots.
I recently told them I considered the calls grounds for
legal action.  I'm going to call the phone company and ask them how to pursue action against them.

We get this call multiple times a day. No one there.

Receive a minimum of 5 calls per day every day from this no - very, very annoying of course.

they call late at night and during the day!  Outrageous.  THe same thing happens when I pick it up it pauses and then hangs up.  It is infuriating!!!  Arrrgggg!!.  We get up to 3 times a day.  I hope they revoke any telesolicitation priviledges to this organization.

We too get al least 2 calls a day from this number!  I have had quite enough!  Don't know what to do to stop it!

These crazies call early in the morning, late at night, constantly.  I answer on the first ring, the 5th ring, it doesn't matter..same response...NOTHING...and then a hangup!!!  It has got to stop!!!
