This is SPAM to get your money. Text from # above indicated $55.16 charge for Domino's pizza to be authorized or declined. If pressing DECLINE, it says there will be charge to your credit card ending in (4digit #). So I called my bank to alert them DO NOT CHARGE ME!

Whereas this spammer texted me earlier today, they now appear this evening as "Univ Michign Cu" in my automatically rejected calls. I block all spammers always. I reported them to bank earlier because they seek money in text. Now I will report them to University of Michigan (which has their own police force).

Before I got a phone call and a text from this number, I received an email from noreply@cardfraudalerts.com, which asked me to verify account activity related to University Michigan Credit Union.

This # calling since 6-25-21 as "Univ Michign Cu" and it simply calls my voicemail w/o phone ringing); their recorded message gives instructions to call w/mycredit card info; I delete message & end call; my phone "freezes" & I must reboot my phone.

We have a serial spammer here.

got a text and a phone call saying my card has charges on it and want to know if we made those charges.

got a text and a email about a suspicious charge on my card. want mt to call or text back with info about it.

Got a voicemail from this number saying they are the UMCU fraud alert services. Asked me to call back about a possible fraud charge on my card ending in “[last 4 digits of my card]”

You mean like the username or account number and the password, the usual things that the site would ask for when logging in and that all scammers would want to get their hands on?

Strange that this number does not appear on their website and no searches for it turn up any official connection between the Credit Union and this number, just reports questioning its validity.
Even stranger is that you show up here, nearly four years after the last post was made, making a glowing report about this number; much like a shill for scammers would do.
