866-673-7972 is Budget Rental Car. I did not answer and the rep left a very nice message that she was calling to follow-up on my application for the Budget Busines Program offering small business discounts and rebates on frequent rentals. I had recently applied for this program. When she called back later, I answered the call. Rep was very friendly, confirmed information I had submitted, asked some questions, offered to help with any reservations and provided her direct extension to call if I need assistance or have questions about any Budget rentals. This was not a cold telemarketing call.

Budget Rental Car, regarding my business account.  Not cold telemarketing, but they are high touch (IE they call too often).

Said they were calling from budget car rental about account.  Suspicious, asking lots of questions about my travel bookings.  I don't think it was really the car rental people.  very strange call, it was blocked from my caller ID.
I hung up.
