Told neighbor to have me call this number

Leaves messages on answering machine as well as calls my work. Seems to me this is harrassement. they dont tell who they are so do they actually expect someone to call them back?

Unknown caller. Keeps calling several times a day. Never say who they are or what the reason for the call. Want it to stop.

Received call from man with spanish accent who gave his # as 866-673-9094. Man identified himself as Gabriel Arizmendez in El Paso,Tx. Man wanted me to have (gave name of person) call him back on personal issue.  I asked for local number. After long pause man gave me 915-778-9881. Verified on Intellius that both numbers are in El Paso Texas. Did not get detailed info available on Intellius. Sounds like a scam to me. Watch out. Also checked out name of man. Only name to appear was a Gabriel Rick Arizmendez. More detailed information available on Intellius for $4.95. Am sending complaint to FTC.

Called my sister in law to have me call them...Gave her the Gabriel name too.

Called both my cell and my in-law's home line, but it was a "Laurie" rather than a Gabriel requesting the call back. Tried calling back but static on the line I couldn't understand the name of company when announced when they picked up.
