This number was called back from a ghost number and they answered, First Class(some mumbled crap name) can I help you? You can here other call center morons in background mumbling to other poor callers!  DONT ANSWER this spam call!

Don't know the person they are trying to reach? They want you to pay the debt anyway! Yeah, okay... who in their right mind is going to do that? And they say this crap with a straight face, that's the most hilarious part!

They told me they where with the SSI office

There is no "SSI" office.  The Social Security Administration would be SSA.

Whoever they are, tried to get social security numbers for family members

They keep calling and asking for me to provide my personal information.  I asked , who are you and what company are you calling from?  He REFUSED to tell me and said he need my information before he can tell me.   Any legitimate company would have said their company name first before asking me for my information.

1 get a call 3 - 5 times a week. No one ever answers. My phone number is linked to a business.

SCARY SCAMMERS!!!!!! Knew my name and tried to get me to verify my address but wouldn’t tell me what name of office or business company they we’re calling from. Kept refusing to tell me anything or verify anything I asked such as what call was In Reference to... just said “financial matter” and my account was referred to them. I knew it was bull. Do not give ANYTHING about yourself away to these SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Called asking for my uncle that passed kept referring to him as “she” after I said he is a male multiple times . Asked what day he passed & I did not provide the answer. I asked what is going on and the lady said she could not discuss the information only with the power authority. I’m not sure how they got my number considering my number is brand new smh.

Got a similar call.  Had post office box #,  wanted me to give ssn to verify identity.  Wouldn't give me the name of the company he represents.

I bought a call blocker on QVC. Works great. When blocked the phone will ring once and hang up. I have had this number and idiots blocked for a long time, yet they still try to get thru twice a day......LOL. I love it, it rings once and hangs them up. Keep wasting your time idiots.....LOL

After receiving multiple calls on 2 phones from this number and not one voicemail, today they call one number and I don't answer so they call the other number. I hit speaker and did not say hello or anything and just listened, nothing. If that was a person they would have known someone answered. Next time I'll probably just hit answer then end! No matter who they are this is harassment!

I blocked this number several months ago. They still try to get thru every single day. Blocked numbers ring once and are cut off. Yet they keep trying to get thru. Go ahead, waste tour time.....LOL

This number always calls in morning time. I never answer but I have a very generic/confusing outgoing VM greeting for my cell. Some other spam callers might leave msg but THIS one(866-674-6861), NEVER does. Don't leave a VM, it must not be that important.. <shrugs>

Call every week, they try to get my info, address, ss, dob, I asked what company, they say can't tell me what company until I verify my personal info, I said I won't give you any info if I don't know what company is calling, they get angry every time, scammers!

I get 2-3 times calls a day from this number.  No message left.  Don't answer this SPAM call.
