KEEPS texting my number as well as my son's number with bogus information about a complaint and an ID #.

Sending messages via Facebook Messanger saying non complaint notice issued

Got a text about the same complaint being issued, with a “case number”. When asked who they were and what it was about they were refusing to clarify and give direct answers. I pressed harder and said I’ve never received any formal information in the mail, I’ve only gotten text messages which is incredibly informal. They kept asking if I was the person they were trying to contact, and I said to tell me who they were. They wouldn’t. So I called them out as scammers and they got even madder. Hung up.
