Message left on my phone for my daughter and her maiden name. I called back with the tracking number they gave with this toll free number. A pleasant sounding woman named Jess from "Best Courier" claims to have a driver trying to deliver a package with an incomplete address.. They had a street name but no house address. I asked where the package was from and she said California and gave me a name I was not familiar with. I asked why they had the maiden name and she then offered my daughter's married name. Why does a COURIER company have that information? She then asked for a phone number and I told her that she would have to get that from my daughter. She was very pleasant and thanked me.  But too many things sound wrong about this. Does anyone know what this is about and what they are doing?

this is exactly what happened to me. My sister in law received a phone call asking for Me and my wife's address. they had everything but the house number. She innocently gave them my real address and told them when I'd be home. I haven't received anything yet and just today My mother in law received another phone call with somebody from the "best courier" company from Nevada, claiming I have a package and that her driver is attempting to deliver it but only knows the street name. I haven't ordered anything and this is really creepy how they are contacting my In-laws for my information. They shouldn't have that type of information.

If anyone knows more about this please let me know.  they also left a number with a tracking number too short to be a real one with my mother-in-law and a number to call.

I just got the same call-  but since I don't answer unknown numbers "Jesse" left a message (which I have saved). They called and left messages on both my phones. I called back and it was a recording for "The Best Courier Company in America" I entered my tracking number (26653) and talked to Jesse. They had my current name (it has been changed before) an old address (about 6 months old) my cell number, and my home phone number. "Jesse"claimed that they have a package for me but the shipping label got destroyed so they cannot see the whole address... It is insured for over $100. I asked what part she was missing and she said the street name, city, state, and zip, but was missing the house numbers. Ironically- she had my old address (which me being dumb corrected). When I asked where the package was coming from (i don't internet shop) she said it was "Present and Pampered", I asked where that was - "Las Vegas". What did the package look like - "a little larger than a shoe box". She asked what time I'd be home, told her between 11 and 1. I googled "Present and Papmered" and nothing even close comes up. I called back the 866 number and talked to Jesse again, asked her some questions about the company. What their services are (same-day deliver just about anywhere), how much they cost (depends on location), how it works (i'm not sure this is just the distribution center), do they have a website so i can look into their services (no) ect... she started to get frustrated and told me she'd get her supervisor. Needless to say, I was disconnected. Now when I try to call back the 866 number the line is busy.

Where are you guys that have had this also happen to you located? I'm in Oregon.
Could others who've had this happen email me? I'm curious to see what its all about...

My boyfriend got a similar call where an A1 delivery company was lost in my area trying to deliver flowers to our house but did not have the street number. The number they gave was 18667079372. I called back and a girl named stacie said some business called "present and pampered" was sending them.
