Just got a text from this number. Appears legit from Cigna ins company.  Text said I opted in to receive alerts from them.  I Did Not.  Unwanted.  Blocked this number.  I hate spam calls, but really dislike when they text this way.

I got a phone call from them, looks like it’s Cigna. I do have their insurance, so I called back but they should have your # down since they left a message with my name in it. Called, and asked for member ID, no way did I give them that. So they just stood quiet and thanked me for my time.

Got a call this morning from this number.  Caller ID said Cigna, but the number wasn't one I recognized.  Said they were from Cigna's Informed Choice Alerts and had information regarding an upcoming test that's scheduled, including prep details.  Asked me to confirm my member no., which I did not, but they obviously had my name and phone number.  I never opted into this, but got a text later confirming that I'd opted in.  There is no info. for this program on my Cigna account page, so I'm certain this was a scam trying to confirm my personal information.

I got a call it gave a person name. Did not show up as Cigna. But I di have Cigna Insurance they didn't leave a message.  But Cigna always calls my house phone.

It’s Cigna calling to advise they won’t cover an MRI in their own network and want you to drive to a cheaper one an hour away. Shameful.

I got a call from that number and they left a message saying they were with Avmed insurance. I called back, and in the course of conversation they were asking me for a personal information that they should’ve already had, if in fact they were with Avmed. When I questioned them about it, therewas a long pause and then they hung up.

Same info here, except they didn't call me, the MRI place said I had to call them.
