This is a company pretending to be microsoft to help you with computer issues. It is a scam.  

I don't get a call they keep popping up on my computer as identy left. Claiming to be microsoft

I also have a bad virus and my avast and malware-bytes just wasn't completely removing it..some pop up for Norton came up with that phone number and like an idiot I called desperate for help and they then had remote access to my computer claiming they were trying to fix it..then they made it sound like they couldn't and wanted me to buy a warranty. So this means I'm f***d right? I got a bad feeling and hung up on them and shut my computer off..its currently running in safe mode I have no idea what I should do and if they can still get remote access to it.

A man called claiming to be Dell support. This man had my service tag # from the last time I had my computer serviced as well as the express code on my laptop. He had my cell phone number, my email address, my name, and the date/location of purchase. He also had knowledge of the service I had performed on my laptop. He wanted to help me get into my Windows backlogs. IT WAS A TOTAL SCAM!!! The original call came in from 281-394-4349.

I don't know... I also received a call from a Texas number (281) 394-4349 claiming to be a Dell Technician.  This person knew that I had a Dell computer, knew the computer ID number, knew that I requested & received a new OS disk and then asked me to call 866-678-7400... claiming it was a Dell number.  Was Dell recently hacked?
