Received call from 866-678-7799 saying the family member was used as a reference and some body would be at my home at 5pm today March 19,2012 to drop off papers for a family member to appear in court. Caller said the company name was BMG & Associates and left a case# starting with a 5 digit # and 2 alphabets. Family member have no clue what this is about.

3/22/2012 After repeated ominous-sounding messages, I returned a call and was told I had to have an out-of-town relative contact them or they would send officers or agents to my house. When I said I didn't have a way to reach the person, had no financial dealings with him, and didn't want any more calls, the woman said this relative used me as a reference, and I couldn't remove my name from the call list. I asked her name, and was told "Bonnie Salizar" of BMS Solicitors in Borger, Texas. (The message had been for DMZ Associates). When I mentioned contacting the Attorney General's office, the woman became loud, sarcastic, and abusive.
