I was given this number to call for directv.

I called it and is was to Directv.  They made false material representations to get me to enter into a contract, and then are not honoring representations. They hide behind some "customer agreement" and if you have a dispute they never resolve it. They just keep passing the buck off to another CSR. They claim they have the right to change anything they want, but they have to notify the consumer of those changes and when they are made and effective and do not notify anyone.
I told them to stick their service and cOMPANY WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE.

i went through all the same mess that this guy went through.they just kept passing me around for months.
