I had an appt to get 4 new tires installed and wheel bearing fixed and an ailment. My appt was for 6:30pm the store closed at 8pm. The lady told me that everything might not get done on today because the wheel bearing is an 1hr, 4 tires was 1hr and the ailment was 45mins. I was pleased and happy that I was called to come pick ip my car around 7:50pm and everything was completed...

I went to Firestone a day before yesterday (Sunday) for an oil change. I did not answer this automatic call related to their satisfaction survey. Normally I use a coupon, either from the mail or simply printed from their website.

Received a call from a recorded Firestone survey on Saturday. I have "never" been to Firestone.

Firestone is the best for tires and oil change always fast and friendly service.

Do you REALLY think we care? Answer the call, don't answer the call. Fill out the survey, don't fill out the survey. WE DON'T CARE! We also don't care about your veiled threat against businesses that don't make you happy.

Awful jumpy aren't you there neighbor? I didn't see any place with a "veiled threat" or otherwise in the post..

Went to Firestone this past weekend for usual oil change, got call from this number this morning, didn't leave message. They should at least leave a message who they were.

I went there to have a loose tire mounted on a wheel I supplied, cost was about $40. The service manager said for me to back my vehicle up to the bay for the tire guys to get it. It was raining pretty hard. I should have just left, but walked out and did it and got drenched in the process, apparently so his people could stay dry. Reasonable for the customer to get soaked so his guys don't? Lack of slicker to pull on? Lazy?

I'm not going there anymore anyway, what are your opinions?

Firestone  I sat there almost 3 hrs for.a thirty minute oil change.

They called me and i did not answer at all and listen to the vociemail and is said "sure we will call you in a later time

Firestone survey

Firestone called. Took my truck in for inspection. Told person at desk I had just put on new brakes and tires. He said don't jinx it. Came back and said I needed brakes and my headlights adjusted as well as upper ball joints. I had just had ball joints done with new roters and brakes. I told him to give me my truck back. They did with a rejection on it. I took it to another Honest station. It passed with no problems. Will never go back to Firestone. They  Tried to do things that didn't need done.

Received call today after Oil change 2 days ago.

Quite possibly a client of Firestone USED TO have one of your family's phone numbers (eg cell phone).

Call them and see about having the number removed from their database..

WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS!  We just want know who called us from that number.

Number called me, no message left;.  Got oil change 2 days ago, asked if they could check alignment. So I let them, not realizing it would take them over 1 1/2 hrs. So they said I needed it, but I said no thank you, I've been raked enough. They are good with oil changes, but their job is to get more money off ya. The people there are friendly, but cripes. I always go with a coupon so don't need this survey. Then they show me my cabin filter, I can do my own for they'll rake you for something so cheap.  You can even even use a vacuum to clean it without buying a new one.
