I think this is FrontPoint Security's billing department, though it was a very odd message and didn't seem very legit.  The person on the phone said "hey" when I answered, which was really odd.  Don't give any payment information over the phone, and call their main number back.

This is FrontPoint Security calling to tell you that your home alarm system is going off. Call them back or the police will come!

This was Frontpoint calling to get updated payment information (card on file used for automatic monthly payments had expired).

I just received an automated call that said "We are calling to tell you there is a problem with your home security system.  Call us right away at 866 679-2829."  The automated system that answered said it was Frontpoint.  I waited to talk to a person.  She sounded legit (My parents used to have a system with another company) and said they would never leave a an automatd message.  They would go down the disignated numbers that were listed at the time of set up.  She suggested I Google the number and see what I could find.  Strange

Man told me that calling from Frontpoint and unable to process your account for this month for so and so card end with ####. update your info to process your charges...

Called and asked for my Wife. Asked to update the contact info but requested my password.  No one legit ever asks for your password. We said we would call their primary number back.

Got a voice message that I needed to call back regarding my Frontpoint account. I do not have a Frontpoint account.

I have an account with Frontpoint Security. This number has nothing to do with them. I contacted them regarding this issue they were "alarmed" to say the least. Thanked me for notifying them.

i have  a front  point alarm and was sitting in my house when i got this call and there was no alarm going off.

This was from Frontpoint. I called back their main number (which they left in their voicemail and I verified on their website. Their  billing dept was looking for a past due payment because my credit card number had changed.

From the above messages,  must have been the Security system,  left no message. Apparently I have an ongoing dispute w/Frontpoint.  I have No system,  a prior Owner of my home had an antiquated one, Wires All over 3 stories & .4 mile to road. We thought about keeping the System,  but cancelled the Paperwork back in Nov.'18 returned the newest version of Wireless they had sent. The home is being renovated, the property is in a Gated Community w/ unbelieveable Neighborhood Watch! Don't Sneeze!

Do not believe these people she was talking politely but these people are scammers they keep calling my business all day long when I ask her why are you calling my business six to seven times a day she said this is the first time calling to see if we need a fund

I'll confirm this is a FrontPoint security number as of 5/13/2026. I replaced my debit card a couple of weeks ago and forgot that FrontPoint is set for autopay using the debit card so they were bugging me for $$$
