tried to call back unable to complete call

This number appeared on my caller I.D. at 8:50. When I answered no one was there or they didn't talk.  When I called back there wasn't a answer.
They have called a number of times before also and there wasn't anyone there when I do answer.

they are calling from india but it took alot of conversation before i got that information from them. They are selling dish network they gave me a number that i called back on to verify but that doesn't proove anything to me. He offered me all kinds of great deals to take the dish network. He knew his job information better than i know my own job. Thats all I can tell you about it. I threw all kinds of questions to him and he was able to answer all of them including why they have strong accents clearly not american but they have names like bob smith. they explained that because we would not be able to pronounce most of their names they choose names we can understand in case we need to call them back they will be able to make sure we get the right person but if we try their birth names and get it wrong then they might not know who we want to talk to. made sense to me.

Wakes me up 3hrs before my alarm goes off everyday. If I could go to India and smash the computer with a sledgehammer i would.

I called back and the call can not be completed.

This number is on my ID every day, twice a day.  I answer; no one there.
I believe it's a calling format that automatically dials numbers and they
are on another call, so there is no one to respond when you answer.
I called the number repeatedly and there is a female voice that says that
"due to difficulties, your call cannot be completed at this time. Please
try again later". There are many times I do not answer when I see the ID, but the calls are increasing, and the times range from very early in the morning to late at night and I want to get my name removed from their list.

866 679 2915 number calls our line daily. We are on the no call registry, but that does not stop them. Apparently they are exempt.(right, Bull Shiit.) These fuakcing morons running their illegal scams are geting away with it because of the pucking loop holes in the system. Do I not have a right to privacy? Or is that right only reserved for those who have enough cash to wipe their own behinds and write new legislation?

The calls increased after I requested to have my name removed from their list. It seems the idiots don't quite know how to delete (single key entry).

I get so many calls from the number I want to scream~. I let voicemail pick up but there's never a message. Five or six times A DAY...

Called tonight at 6:50 pm and left no message; unable to call back.  My attitude is that if you call me and I'm unable to come to the phone, please exercise the courtesy of leaving me a message!

This guy Frank Pollacco is a con artist.  Has several fraudulent companies including one courier company (likely smuggles drugs).  Everything about him is a fraud. All the write-ups about him and his companies were done by him - so don't believe the hype and get caught in his web!

These calls are annoying, I get at least two a day and have found there is nothing to be done.

For a long time this number calls only to hang up.  Is there any way to report or stop these calls.
I am thinking of a privite number if it would help.  This is not the only number that does this.
