don't know who this is

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. It's just an automated message saying that this is "a very important call about business you are currently conducting." It's to some guy I've never heard of, and the message says to call back and speak to "Sandy Jenkins."

When I try to call the number back, I get an automated message telling me that I can't call that number from my calling area, and it then gives me the phone number to dial free-411.

So tired of getting these calls, they come multiple times a day.

My sister got a call for me to call the same number which is 1-866-679-4076   I called the number and it said to dial 10 15 15 8000 I did anything happens they say that the number you have dial doesn't work.  the number they called is not my number and and I don't know a sany jenkins
