I got 10 calls from this number back to back in less than an hour on my landlines phone. They never leave a message!

I have 2 store cards that are issued through Comenity Bank. Both cards have a zero balance and have had for months. One hasn't had a balance since the day I got it, I opened the acct and paid it in full the same day in June last year (13 months ago). The other one I paid off 3 months ago. Now I get a call saying they have an urgent matter that has escalated and came across the supervisors desk and I need to call them immediately. It seems that my credit report would not show a zero balance, and I would have gotten a notice before there was something that had to be escalated to a supervisor.

I got the same message

Got a call that went straight to my voicemail. Message stated "you may be in an unfortunate situation" & to call this number to discuss it. The robot leaving the message slurred when giving the "company" name so I played the message twice & it may have said "Commenity". While I have a card with Commenity, I doubt they would use ringless voicemail to contact a customer so I'm betting this was a scam call.

Called back to the number left. They didn't have an account listed for me. They said that they would stop calling me, well I hope they do!!!
